Caleb Jones joined Berkadia in 2023 and serves as a Senior Director in Berkadia’s Dallas, TX office. Caleb leads the business development and property disposition out of the Dallas Investment Sales office. These responsibilities include serving as a primary point of contact for both private and institutional clients, property tours, and contract negotiations. Along with his market knowledge, he provides his clients with the most accurate, real-time data, allowing his clients to make informed decisions about their real estate investment decisions.
In his first 8 years as a broker, Caleb has closed over $700 million in transaction volume. Caleb’s results show his commitment to always creating value for his clients. Prior to joining Berkadia, Caleb was a partner at Wellington Realty. Caleb is currently working towards earning his CCIM designation.
