Berkadia Completes $40M Sale and Secures Financing for Multifamily Property in Denver, Colorado

Denver, Colorado – March 5, 2026 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, announced today the sale and financing of Enclave Rigden Farm, a 105-unit, townhome-style multifamily property in Fort Collins, Colorado. Managing Director Robert Bratley, Director Jack Sanders, and Senior Managing Directors Mike Grippi and Pamela Koster of Berkadia Denver led the transaction on behalf of the seller, California-based Granite Capital Group.

Enclave Rigden Farm sold for $40.8 million to Colorado-based Avanti Residential on February 25. The sales price reflects a per-unit price of $389,285 or $327 per square foot. The property was 95% occupied at the time of the sale.

“Enclave Rigden Farm is a great townhome asset in Fort Collins. The fundamentals in Fort Collins are the strongest in the state right now and the local buyer recognized this unique product located one block from grocery-anchored retail. This was a very competitive process with over 30 property tours that shows Fort Collins is high on investor’s priorities,” said Bratley.

Located at 2758 Iowa Drive, the property affords convenient access to Fort Collins MSA. Enclave Rigden Farm was built in 2007 and features 105 townhomes with direct access to car garages and private patios.
