Mr. Fama is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales, focusing on multifamily and build-to-rent assets throughout Houston and the surrounding areas. Mr. Fama joined Berkadia as a Financial Analyst after working at Axis Tenant Advisors for 3 years, where he specialized in office and industrial tenant representation. Most recently as a Senior Financial Analyst, he gained extensive experience in the financial and market analysis of all classifications of multifamily assets, market research, and due diligence. Throughout his career, he has participated in approximately $4.2 billion in transaction volume.
