With over five years of multifamily experience, Kristin is a pivotal member of the Phoenix Investment Sales team. As Director of Operations, Kristin leads underwriting and financial analysis, specializing in multifamily underwriting, budget projections, and value-add modeling. She manages the team’s support staff, overseeing all aspects of brokerage and client relations, including asset valuation, marketing, research data, and escrow management. Kristin’s efforts are central to maintaining the Phoenix team’s reputation as one of the top producing and client-focused brokerage teams in Arizona.
Before joining Berkadia, Kristin spent over two years at CBRE, where she specialized in retail and industrial tenant representation, providing tenants with detailed site analysis and valuation. Further responsibilities included managing the team’s research, marketing, and business development materials. Her background has helped solidify Kristin as an expert on the Phoenix Metro area.
Prior to real estate, Kristin taught high school Calculus and Economics in Guangzhou, China.
Kristin lives in North Phoenix with her husband, Danny and her son, Westley.
