Today, we’re shining the spotlight on Managing Director Adam Dunn of Berkadia Investment Sales. Based out of Boston, Massachusetts, Dunn has spent the entirety of his career in the multihousing sector specializing in brokerage advisory and institutional investment advisory for the last 12 and 9 years, respectively
“I am one of the very few capital markets advisors across the globe who intentionally wanted to be in the brokerage business,” Dunn said. “Both my parents were residential real estate agents, and I always felt that being a broker was what I was meant to do in life.”
From humble beginnings, Dunn built his business from property management and leasing consultancy to managing a large, Class A portfolio. “Understanding operations is my edge,” he said.
