Describe your role at Berkadia.
As the Operations Manager for Innovation at Berkadia, my role involves collaborating with various departments on initiatives that drive our company’s growth and efficiency. My focus is on identifying opportunities for improvement, streamlining processes, and fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
By collaborating with talented colleagues across various departments, we strive to create innovative solutions that propel Berkadia forward and solidify our position as an industry leader.
What part of your role are you most passionate about?
I’m most passionate about the opportunity to bring new ideas to life and see them make an impact on our business. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of a team that not only improves our internal operations but also enhances the experience for our clients.
What truly keeps me motivated every day is the amazing people I work with. Being surrounded by such talented individuals who are equally committed to driving change and innovation makes every challenge exciting and every success even more fulfilling.
What excites you most about commercial real estate?
What excites me the most is the potential for growth and transformation, especially with the integration of new technologies like artificial intelligence. One of the standout tools we’ve developed in the Innovation team is Berkie, our AI assistant. Berkie has significantly enhanced our capabilities and productivity, showcasing the power of innovation.
Being at the forefront of these changes is both challenging and exciting!
When you’re not helping Berkadia move the industry forward, how do you spend your time?
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, traveling to new places, and finding mindfulness through yoga and Pilates. I also enjoy outdoor adventures with my energetic 4-year-old son, Greyson, who keeps me constantly on the move.
For me, maintaining a mindful and healthy work-life balance is the key to staying mentally and physically energized and inspired.

My time at Berkadia has been a game-changer for my personal and professional development. The company’s focus on innovation and excellence has given me the chance to expand my skill set and dive into exciting projects.
