Berkadia Honors Egbert Perry with the 2026 Berkadia ONE Forum Impact Award

At this year’s Berkadia ONE Forum in New Orleans, Berkadia proudly recognized Egbert Perry, Chairman and CEO of Integral, as the recipient of the 2026 Berkadia Impact Award.

Created to honor individuals whose influence on commercial real estate is both deep and lasting, the Berkadia Impact Award celebrates leaders who demonstrate exceptional leadership and embody the values Berkadia holds closely. This marks only the second time the award has been presented, following the inaugural recognition of Ken Lombard, President and CEO of BRIDGE Housing, at the last Berkadia ONE Forum.

Egbert Perry’s impact extends far beyond personal achievement. His leadership has helped shape the industry in meaningful and enduring ways, inspiring confidence and trust, fostering collaboration, and strengthening the communities touched by his work. He represents the kind of leader whose legacy is defined not only by results, but by the people he elevates and the progress he makes possible.

The Berkadia Impact Award recognizes individuals who consistently deliver outstanding results while embracing innovation — leaders who see possibility where others see obstacles and who move the industry forward with purpose. Egbert’s career reflects that kind of visionary leadership.

In a special moment during the award presentation, Daryl Carter, Founder and CEO of Avanath, joined Berkadia on stage to present the honor to Perry, underscoring the significance of his contributions to the commercial real estate industry.

In recognition of his background in engineering, achievements, and lasting impact, Berkadia made a $5,000 contribution to STEM NOLA in his honor. A national leader in STEM-based programs, activities, and events for K-12 students, families, and communities, STEM NOLA is inspiring the next generation of innovators and transforming lives through education and opportunity. The organization is the vision and legacy of keynote speaker Dr. Calvin Mackie, who closed out the event as a keynote speaker.

This year’s presentation of the Berkadia Impact Award was more than a celebration of one individual’s accomplishments. It was a recognition of the kind of leadership that leaves industries stronger, communities better, and future generations better equipped to lead.
