Berkadia Negotiates Hotel Sale in Scottsdale, Arizona
Scottsdale, Arizona – January 8, 2025 – Berkadia announced today the sale of the 177-key ADERO Scottsdale Resort, an Autograph Collection hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona. Managing Director Scott Hall and Senior Director Aaron Lapping of Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality led the transaction on behalf of the seller. The luxury ADERO Scottsdale Resort sold to Miami-based LionGrove on December 20, 2024.
