Chicago, Illinois – November 5, 2026 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, announced today the financing of a 131,430-square-foot, three-property medical outpatient portfolio located across Texas, North Carolina and Indiana. Managing Director Mike Rogers and Senior Managing Director and Head of Medical & Life Sciences Sabrina Solomiany of Berkadia Medical & Life Sciences led the transaction on behalf of Eastpoint Medical Properties.

Berkadia worked closely with Eastpoint to structure a financing solution tailored to its business plan and the portfolio’s distinct asset-level characteristics.”
The portfolio is 100% leased and consists of Houston Methodist in Pearland, Texas; 166 Springbrook in Clayton, North Carolina; and Fort Wayne Neurological Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Established health systems and national providers lease 96% of the portfolio, while investment-grade health systems—including UNC Health, WakeMed, Indiana University Health and Houston Methodist—are affiliated with approximately 78% of the rentable area. Two of the assets benefit from direct hospital adjacency or connectivity: 166 Springbrook is adjacent to UNC Health Johnston–Clayton Hospital, and Fort Wayne Neurological Center is connected to Lutheran Hospital via an enclosed skybridge.
