Berkadia Secures $61M Financing for Casa Monica Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection
Washington, D.C. – February 2, 2026 – Berkadia announced the $61 million refinancing of Casa Monica Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection, a full-service luxury hotel in St. Augustine, Florida.
The Washington, D.C.-based Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality mortgage banking team, led by Managing Director Jennifer Dakin, Senior Director Lindsey deButts, Associate Director Katelyn Reynolds, and Analyst Jose Ison Cassab secured the financing through a bank loan on behalf of longtime client The Kessler Collection, based in Orlando, Florida. The transaction, which closed on January 28, marks the second deal Berkadia has completed with Kessler in the last three months.
