Berkadia Completes Townhome Property Sale in Charlotte, North Carolina
Pineville, North Carolina – August 17, 2026 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, announced today the sale of Charleston Row Townhomes, a 107-unit townhome property in Pineville, North Carolina. Senior Managing Directors Caleb Troop; Director Thomas Colaiezzi; and Associate Directors Matt Robertson and Drew Kwiatkowski of Berkadia Charlotte led the sale on behalf of the seller, Charleston-based Blaze Capital Partners.
Charleston Row Townhomes sold on August 12. The property was 98% occupied at the time of sale.
