Berkadia Negotiates Multifamily Two-Property Sale in Charleston MSA
Charleston, SC – May 2, 2024 – Berkadia announced today the sale of Epson Oaks and Churchill, two garden-style multifamily properties, totaling 144 units in Monks Corner and Goose Creek, South Carolina. Managing Director Mark Boyce of Berkadia Charleston led the transaction on behalf of the seller, Texas-based Napali Capital.
Epson Oaks and Churchill Apartments sold for an undisclosed price to Faris Capital Partners on May 1.
