Bartlett, Tennessee – October 20, 2026 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, announced today the sale of Hearthside Senior Living Bartlett, a 67-unit assisted living community located in the Memphis suburb of Bartlett, Tennessee. Built in 2016, the community consists of 65 one-bedroom and two two-bedroom residences across an 8.5-acre site.
Senior Managing Directors Ross Sanders, Dave Fasano, Cody Tremper, and Mike Garbers of Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare closed the sale transaction on behalf of the seller. An affiliate of Allegro Living will continue as the property’s operator.
At the time of marketing, Hearthside Bartlett was nearly fully occupied and had sustained occupancy of at least 95% for more than three years, demonstrating consistent resident demand and operational stability. The property offers a full complement of resident-focused amenities, including dining and private dining spaces, a bistro, beauty salon, fitness center, library, sunroom, lounges, outdoor patio and garden areas. It also provides personalized care plans, assistance with activities of daily living, and short-term respite care.
