Berkadia Announces the Sale of on Campus Medical Park in Huntsville, Texas
Huntsville Texas – August 13, 2025 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, announced today the sale of Huntsville Medical Park, a 99,950-square-foot outpatient medical park located on the campus of the 123-bed Huntsville Memorial Hospital in Huntsville, Texas, a growing MSA north of Houston.
