Berkadia Adds Managing Director to Hotels & Hospitality Platform
WASHINGTON, DC – September 23, 2024 – Berkadia would like to announce the addition of Managing Director Jennifer Dakin to Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality. Jennifer will be based in Berkadia’s DC Metro office and will report to Senior Managing Director and Head of Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality, Andy Wimsatt. She officially joined Berkadia on September 16.
In her role, Jennifer will be responsible for providing creative financing solutions to commercial real estate owners and developers throughout the United States, with a focus on the lodging sector. She is a well-known and well-regarded financial advisor with over 28 years of multi-faceted commercial banking experience. Prior to joining Berkadia, Jennifer worked in the commercial real estate group at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. for 20 years as a relationship manager, team leader and managing director and was instrumental in growing the Hospitality Finance Group.
