Berkadia Adds Mortgage Banker in Omaha, Nebraska
Omaha, Nebraska – December 15, 2025 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, is pleased to announce the addition of Managing Director Josh Larsen to its Mortgage Banking platform. Larsen will be based in Omaha, Nebraska and report to Senior Managing Director Kevin Kozminske. He began his role on November 26.
Larsen is responsible for seeking permanent financial solutions for commercial real estate owners by leveraging Berkadia’s extensive direct lending platforms and his broad network of national relationships. His expertise spans a wide array of capital sources, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, life insurance companies, conduits, banks, and bridge lenders. He will lead Berkadia’s Omaha presence.

Larsen’s career began in 2011 as an underwriting acquisition/disposition analyst for Haley Real Estate Group in Omaha. In 2012, he transitioned into mortgage banking, advancing from investment analyst and associate producer roles to becoming a proficient loan production officer.
Larsen holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Land Use Economic, Business Finance and Financial Markets, and Investment Science Portfolio Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
