Berkadia Completes $57M Sale for Multifamily Property in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina – December 22, 2025 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, announced today the sale of Latitude at the Commons, a 288-unit garden-style multifamily property in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
