Berkadia Arranges Permanent Financing for 212-Unit, Class A Multifamily Community in Delray Beach, Florida
Delray Beach, Florida – May 11, 2026 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, announced today that it has arranged a permanent loan for LUMA at Delray, a 212-unit garden-style multifamily community located at 7607 West Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, Florida.
Senior Managing Director Charles Foschini, Managing Director Christopher Apone, Associate Director Shannon Wilson, and Vice President Lourdes Carranza-Alvarez of Berkadia Miami arranged the financing on behalf of the borrower, Ansca, of Boca Raton, Florida.
Freddie Mac provided the financing on favorable terms. The loan closed on May 4, 2026.

Units are equipped with modern finishes such as quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood-inspired flooring, in-unit washers and dryers, European custom cabinetry, large closets, Nest thermostats, and screened-in patios or balconies.
