Berkadia Completes Sale and Secures Financing for Multifamily Property in Virginia

WASHINGTON, D.C. and BOSTON – November 4, 2024 – Berkadia announced today the completed sale and financing secured for Manassas Station Apartments, a 244-unit multifamily property located in Manassas, Virginia. Senior Managing Director Brian Crivella and Senior Directors Bill Gribbin and Yalda Ghamarian of Berkadia DC Metro completed the sale on behalf of the sellers, CAPREIT and Principal. The buyer was New York-based Osso Capital, and the deal closed on October 24.
