Orchid Run, Naples, FL | Sold by Berkadia 2026

Berkadia Arranges Sale of Luxury Multifamily Community in Naples, Florida

Naples, Florida – August 5, 2026 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, announces that it arranged the sale of Orchid Run, a 282-unit luxury garden-style multifamily community located in Naples, Florida.

Senior Managing Director Matt Mitchell and Director Chris Burtner of Berkadia Florida arranged the sale on behalf of an affiliate of The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc. The property was acquired by Miami-based Cardone Capital, the real estate investment firm founded by entrepreneur and real estate investor Grant Cardone.

“Orchid Run is a high-quality asset in an excellent location that will benefit from Naples’ sustained population and employment growth,” said Mitchell. “The property generated significant interest from both institutional and private capital sources who saw meaningful upside potential in the asset and believed in the continued growth of the Naples market.”

The acquisition expands Cardone Capital’s portfolio to more than 14,800 apartment units and over $5.4 billion in assets under management. The firm is actively evaluating several hundred million dollars of additional multifamily acquisitions across its core Florida and Sun Belt markets.

“For decades, the best multifamily investments have been reserved for institutions. Our mission is to give individual investors access to those same opportunities,” said Grant Cardone, Founder & CEO, Cardone Capital.

Cardone Capital’s investment also includes 282 Bitcoin, continuing its strategy of combining institutional-quality multifamily real estate with long-term Bitcoin ownership.

Completed in 2015, Orchid Run is located at 10991 Lost Lake Drive in Central Naples, adjacent to the prestigious Grey Oaks community and just minutes from Downtown Naples, Interstate 75 and the area’s renowned Gulf Coast beaches. The garden-style community features 108 one-bedroom, 126 two-bedroom and 48 three-bedroom residences averaging approximately 1,040 square feet. Apartment homes feature gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, nine-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, in-unit washers and dryers, spacious private balconies and tiled walk-in showers with glass enclosures.

The property’s amenity footprint is one of the most expansive in the market. Amenities include a swimming pool and spa with private cabanas, a large fitness center with a dedicated yoga and studio, a sprawling clubhouse with resident lounge and demonstration kitchen, coffee bar, outdoor grilling and entertaining areas, pet washing station, car wash and gated entry.

Orchid Run is positioned in the heart of one of Southwest Florida’s most desirable submarkets, with convenient access to major employers including Arthrex, NCH Healthcare System, Physicians Regional Healthcare System and ACI Worldwide. The property’s location also provides residents with easy access to Naples’ premier shopping, dining and recreational destinations while benefiting from the area’s continued population growth, affluent demographics and limited multifamily supply pipeline.
