Berkadia Announces the Sale of an Ambulatory Surgery Center in the Philadelphia MSA
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – May 11, 2026 – Berkadia announced today the sale of a Class A orthopedic surgery center, Restore Orthopaedic Surgical Institute, located in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. Managing Director Eric Lee, along with Senior Managing Director and Head of Medical & Life Sciences Sabrina Solomiany and Managing Directors Chris Lashmet and Vasili Davos of Berkadia Medical & Life Sciences led the transaction on behalf of the seller, Nashville, Tennessee-based Montecito Medical Real Estate.
Restore Orthopaedic Surgical Institute sold to Wilmington, DE- based Wasatch Capital, LLC.
