Berkadia Adds Two Investment Sales Advisors in Denver, Colorado
Denver, Colorado – November 6, 2024 – Berkadia, a leader in the commercial real estate industry, announced today the addition of Managing Director Robert Bratley and Director Jack Sanders to the investment sales platform in Denver, Colorado. Bratley and Sanders will report to SVP – Co-Head of Investment Sales and Production Operations, Mike Miner. Bratley and Sanders started on October 29.

Bratley and Sanders will work closely with other Berkadia investment sale advisors in Denver including Senior Managing Directors Mike Grippi and Pam Koster as well as the Berkadia mortgage banking platform in Denver.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Bratley and Sanders served as Senior Director and Director, respectively, with JLL’s Denver Capital Markets team.
Bratley specializes in mid-market multi-housing investment advisory. With more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Bratley has successfully completed nearly $1 billion in multi-housing transactions across Colorado for a variety of clients. Bratley holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Finance from Colorado State University.
Sanders has over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has been involved in more than $150 million multifamily transactions. Prior to multifamily brokerage, Sanders worked in equity raising, industrial brokerage, and multifamily development. Sanders holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder.
