Lender Walton Street Capital provided the refinancing.
Managing Director Matt Robbins and Senior Managing Director Mitch Sinberg, along with Managing Directors Brad Williamson and Scott Wadler and Vice President Hugo Hernandez of Berkadia Miami and Boca Raton, secured the financing on behalf of Boston-based Taurus Investment Holdings.
“The Orlando multifamily market continues to benefit from strong demographic and economic tailwinds, including sustained population growth and consistent renter demand,” said Robbins.
“Taurus has consistently maintained high performance across both these assets, and this refinancing provides the firm with a flexible capital structure that supports their long-term hold strategy while maintaining optionality across both assets.”
