Berkadia Arranges $92M Sale of New Class AA Apartments in Lakewood Ranch Community in Bradenton, Florida
Bradenton, Florida – July 8, 2025 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, announced today the sale of Vida Lakewood Ranch (Vida), a 2023-built, Class AA institutional-quality apartment asset with 304 units located in Lakewood Ranch, a top-selling master-planned community in Bradenton, Florida.
Senior Managing Director Matt Mitchell and Director Chris Burtner, along with Berkadia Central & North Florida, led the transaction on behalf of the builder and seller, Zilber Residential Group of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Zilber Residential Group constructs, owns and manages multifamily communities in Wisconsin, Florida, Arizona, and California. An undisclosed investor acquired the property for $92.112 million.
