Berkadia Secures Financing for Senior Living Facility in Franklin, Tennessee

Franklin, Tennessee – July 15, 2026 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, announced today the financing of Vitality Living Franklin, a 126-unit assisted living and memory care community in Franklin, Tennessee. Managing Directors Garrett Sacco, Austin Sacco, and Steve Muth, along with Alec Rosenfeld, AVP – Originations of Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare secured a Fannie Mae loan on behalf of New York City-based Clarion Partners for the acquisition of the property.
