Managing Directors Garrett Sacco, Austin Sacco, and Steve Muth, along with Alec Rosenfeld, AVP – Originations of Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare secured a Fannie Mae loan on behalf of New York City-based Clarion Partners for the acquisition of the property.
