Jacksonville, Florida – August 14, 2026 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, announced today the sale of Wyndham Lakes, a 246-unit independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in the thriving southern suburbs of Jacksonville, Florida.
Senior Managing Directors Mike Garbers, Cody Tremper, Dave Fasano, and Ross Sanders of Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare closed the sale transaction on behalf of a California-based owner.
Wyndham Lakes was purchased by Stagecoach Capital, a Michigan-based real estate investor. The stable community was well-occupied at close. Stagecoach will take over operations at the community and intends to expand the community’s acuity mix moving forward.
