Alex Lycett is an Associate Director with Berkadia Manufactured Housing Investment Sales in Chicago, Illinois.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Alex was a Junior Trader at PNT Options, where he traded Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) futures. In that role, he developed experience analyzing interest-rate markets, macroeconomic data, and factors that influence capital flows and investment performance.
Alex earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tufts University in 2024.
