Andrew Anania is a Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations for Berkadia Affordable Housing. In this role, he leads investor relations and capital formation strategy across the platform, overseeing investor engagement, capital raising, and fund structuring. Andrew works closely with institutional investors and Berkadia’s internal production teams to help advance affordable housing development initiatives nationwide.
Andrew brings extensive experience sourcing, structuring, and managing private equity and debt investments. Prior to joining Berkadia, he served as a Senior Associate with a Philadelphia-based investment advisory firm, where he supported high-net-worth and institutional investors across a range of special situations, including organic high-growth investments, acquisitions and integrations, distressed opportunities, and turnarounds.
Over the course of his career, Andrew has contributed to investment and capital formation activity totaling more than $2 billion.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute Philadelphia.
