Andrew Anania is responsible for structuring and marketing the company’s multi-investor tax credit funds, as well as managing the proprietary fund platform. Since joining the company in 2013, Andrew has been responsible for raising in excess of $1 Billion of institutional equity for its tax credit funds.

Andrew has over 10 years of private equity investment experience across many special situations including organic high growth, acquisitions/integrations, distress and turnarounds. Most recently, Andrew served as a Senior Associate for a Philadelphia-based investment advisory firm where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring and managing private equity and debt investments for high net worth and institutional investors across a broad range of industries (manufacturing, media/telecom, real estate, financial services, and energy).

Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Andrew remains active with his alma mater, currently serving as Education Chair for their Financial Services Alumni Board. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute of Philadelphia.
