Bart Wickard serves as a Senior Managing Director for Berkadia’s Investment Sales platform out of Dallas, TX.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Bart was a part of Newmark Dallas’s investment brokerage team, where he was involved in all aspects of client development, marketing, research, valuation, and sales. The team exclusively focused on the secondary markets of North Texas and ranked as the top-producing team in this space.
Bart attended Southern Methodist University, where he excelled in Division I programs as an All-American swimmer.
