Beau Krueger joined Berkadia in 2022 as an Associate Director of Investment Sales out of Seattle, WA. He supports Mitchell Belcher, Steven Chattin, Jay Timpani, and Chad Blenz on multifamily asset acquisitions and dispositions throughout the Pacific Northwest. Beau has been a part of the commercial real estate industry since 2018.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Beau worked for real estate research and property technology companies in both California and Washington.
Beau is a graduate of Chapman University with degrees in Business Finance/Real Estate and Economics.
