Ben Parrish joined Berkadia in 2022 and serves as a Director based in Memphis, TN. Since 2022, he has contributed to the sale of properties across the Midwest and Southeast region, totaling more than 6,000 units.
Prior to his work at Berkadia, Ben worked in Fixed Income Capital Markets facilitating the trade of whole loans between depository institutions, and mortgage hedging. Ben also owns and manages single family rental properties across the city of Memphis.
Ben received his Bachelor of Finance from The University of Memphis.
