Bob DiPasquale is a Director with Philadelphia Investment Sales, where he specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties on behalf of private equity owners, developers, institutional investors, and high-net-worth individuals. Drawing more than a decade of experience and extensive market knowledge, Bob provides strategic advisory services designed to help clients achieve their investment objectives across the Philadelphia region.
Over the course of his career, Bob has closed more than 100 multifamily transactions representing approximately 5,000 units and over $500 million in transaction volume. Prior to joining Berkadia, he served as a Director on the GREA Mid-Atlantic team, where he was responsible for originating investment sales assignments throughout the region.
