Brandon Grisham is a Senior Managing Director with Berkadia Affordable Housing, based in Seattle, Washington. He has been involved in the disposition of more than $10 billion of affordable housing real estate throughout the U.S. representing both general and limited partners. Prior to joining Berkadia, Brandon was a Partner at LIHTC Advisors, LLC., which was acquired by Berkadia in September 2020. Prior to LIHTC Advisors, Brandon worked for The Tax Credit Group of Marcus and Millichap, which was acquired by CBRE in 2015.
