Brant Fensin has over 15 years of experience in the Affordable Housing industry. He currently oversees all aspects of financial analysis, underwriting and committee approvals. He and his team evaluate new tax credit investments and work with developer partners to successfully manage deals through the closing process.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Brant worked as an Acquisitions Manager for Raymond James Tax Credit Funds, where he underwrote LIHTC properties and managed the closing process.
Brant received his Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Finance from University of Florida.
