Brett Adams is Senior Managing Director and Chief Servicing Officer at Berkadia, where he leads the firm’s global servicing platform, asset management operations, technology strategy, and servicing-related business development activities. He oversees the performance and growth of a commercial real estate loan servicing portfolio exceeding $400 billion, supporting a broad range of agency, lender, and investor clients.

A recognized industry leader in commercial real estate finance, Adams has played a significant role in advancing servicing innovation, operational excellence, and digital transformation across the industry. In addition to serving on Berkadia’s AI Council, he is the former Chair of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) Servicing Council and an active MBA Future Leaders alumnus. Through these leadership positions, he has helped shape industry discussions around servicing best practices, technology adoption, and the evolving needs of borrowers and capital providers.

Prior to joining Berkadia in 2006, Adams spent five years in residential mortgage lending, holding positions with leading real estate finance firms in California and Arizona.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
