Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Berkadia, he excels in spearheading transformative initiatives including acquisitions, investments, and partnerships. Bryce is known for orchestrating successful deals from inception to integration, with notable achievements such as leading the acquisition of BlueSuit and driving the growth of Berkadia’s technology portfolio. His leadership extends to overseeing BeEngaged, an arm of Berkadia that serves as a startup accelerator, where he has incubated unicorn startups and established international partnerships.
Prior to his role as the Vice President of Corporate Development, Bryce served as the Director of Transformation, where he implemented digital tools and led strategic initiatives to revolutionize operations. With a background in analytics and project management, including roles at Pluralsight and O.C Tanner, Bryce brings a unique blend of skills to drive innovation and deliver impactful insights. He holds an MBA from the David Eccles School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in international business administration.
