Charles is a Senior Managing Director for Berkadia Phoenix Investment Sales. He is responsible for private and institutional-grade transactions in Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico. Throughout his 18+ years in commercial real estate, Charles has executed over $7 billion in real estate transactions.
Before joining Berkadia Real Estate Advisors, Charles established the multifamily capital markets presence in the southwest for JLL, leaving as a Managing Director after twelve years. Prior to his time at JLL, Charles held multiple roles with Alliance Residential Company, including capital markets, acquisitions/ dispositions, real estate backed note purchases, asset management, and corporate finance.
Before his time with Alliance, Charles was a senior accountant with KPMG LLP, where he had several real estate investment and operating clients. Charles was also the lead accountant on the audit of a $2 billion consumer product manufacturer based in Phoenix.
