As Vice President of Fund Management, Chaz Ramos is responsible for managing relationships with investor and developer partners. Among other things, Chaz coordinates deal flow, due diligence and financial review for projects in the active stages of development and funding.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Chaz spent several years working as a Loan Officer at Continental Mortgage Corporation. As a senior underwriter, he specialized in analyzing, originating and closing FHA insured loans under the 221(d)(4) construction/perm, 223(f) refinance, and the Pilot 223(f) LIHTC program.
Chaz earned a Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in Finance and Marketing, as well as a minor in Economics at St Joseph’s University. Chaz also holds an M.B.A. from Georgetown University.
