Christian DiCroce serves as a Director for Berkadia Charleston, SC Investment Sales. He has a dedicated focus on middle-market multifamily properties across South Carolina and Savannah, GA, with a primary focus on dispositions on behalf of private capital clients and high-net-worth individuals.
Christian brings nearly 10 years of real estate industry knowledge, having previously been part of Avison Young and CBRE’s capital market teams covering multifamily investment sales in North and South Carolina. He is also co-founder of ANCE Capital Group, a private real estate investment firm that owns and operates multifamily and mixed-use assets across the eastern half of the U.S. He has collectively managed and overseen over $1 billion worth of commercial real estate transactions during his career.
