Conner Adkins is a Vice President within the Berkadia Strategic Capital group. Berkadia Strategic Capital is a national practice, specializing in advising Berkadia’s clients on private capital solutions across asset classes and strategies. The platform strategically works in deep collaboration with the various business lines at Berkadia, utilizing and maintaining robust coverage of both domestic and global direct institutional investors.
Mr. Adkins joined Berkadia in August 2025 and brings to the Berkadia platform nearly 7 years of real estate experience in capital outreach, business development, transaction management, material preparation, and due diligence. Over the course of his career, he has completed transactions valued at over $5 billion in total consideration.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Mr. Adkins was an Associate of Investment Banking at CBRE Capital Advisors where he was a member of the Private Capital Advisory group. Before CBRE, he was an Associate at Swearingen Realty Group, a boutique firm specializing in national tenant representation. Mr. Adkins served on staff with Cru at the University of Mississippi prior to entering the real estate industry.
Mr. Adkins holds a B.A. from the University of Mississippi.
