Danielle D’Andrea serves as the Chief People Officer at Berkadia. Based in Ambler, PA, Danielle leads the company’s people and talent functions. With more than 15 years of leadership experience in human resources and talent management across the United States and India, Danielle brings expertise in transformational change, leadership readiness, and organizational development.
Since joining Berkadia in 2016, Danielle has helped evolve the traditional human resources organization into a business-centered people and talent function. She leads the firm’s People Team, which is responsible for talent attraction, engagement, retention, and compensation, as well as human resources, and learning and development. Danielle leads enterprise-wide initiatives that align business strategy, organizational structure, culture, people, and process, applying thoughtful change-management practices to support meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
During Danielle’s tenure as Chief People Officer, Berkadia was named one of CRE’s Best Places to Work by GlobeSt. in 2024. In 2026, Berkadia was recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the Best Companies to Work For, in the Overall, Real Estate and Facilities Management, Northeast, and Supporting Family Caregiving categories.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Danielle held human resources leadership roles across logistics and multi-site operations. She served as Human Resources Manager at Burris Logistics and as HR Manager and Head of Administration at NEST® – Multi-Facility Management. She also worked as a business consultant and has provided career coaching and résumé-writing services since 2015.
Danielle is passionate about building high-performing, feedback-rich organizations that attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent while supporting long-term business growth. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Rowan University, completed the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Certification Program at Wharton in 2024, and holds Professional in Human Resources certifications through HRCI and SHRM.
