David Sorensen is a Managing Director of Investment Sales based in Seattle, WA. David leads Berkadia in the Pacific Northwest region’s investment sales services.
Since joining Berkadia in 2013, David, along with Kenny Dudunakis and Ben Johnson, has closed over $7 billion in sales with over 200 transactions and 25,000 units. He draws upon his extensive knowledge of the Seattle region and market trends to ensure his clients are in the best position to buy, sell, or develop multifamily properties.
Prior to joining Berkadia, David spent eight years in the financial services industry, specifically focusing on investment management and business development.
