Emma Price Petersen is an Assistant Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Berkadia, leading recruiting strategy and talent acquisition operations across the organization. Since joining Berkadia in 2019, she has progressed through several talent acquisition leadership roles, helping to advance workforce planning, employer branding, recruitment technology, and candidate experience initiatives. Emma partners with business leaders to attract top talent, cultivate diverse talent pipelines, and implement data-driven recruiting strategies that support organizational growth.
Before joining Berkadia, Emma worked in technology recruiting at TEKsystems. She earned a B.S. in Marketing, summa cum laude, from West Chester University.
