Hailey Bacharach is a Talent Acquisition Partner at Berkadia. Since joining the firm in 2021, she has supported recruiting efforts across the organization, partnering with hiring managers and candidates to identify talent that aligns with Berkadia’s business needs and values. Hailey brings a people-first approach to recruiting and is committed to helping candidates understand the range of career opportunities available at Berkadia.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Hailey was a Recruiter at The Forum Group. Her earlier experience includes roles in healthcare enrollment, medical support and marketing, providing her with a diverse foundation in candidate engagement, client service and relationship management.
Hailey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Pace University.
