What has surprised you most about Berkadia?
The collaboration that takes place at Berkadia has truly surprised me in the best way possible. All three lines of business have a clear channel of communication allowing everyone to be informed on what is taking place company wide.
What led you to Berkadia?
Coming from healthcare recruiting, I was apprehensive to apply to the open Talent Acquisition role at Berkadia, but it was ultimately their vision and values that led me to take the chance and apply. The company truly saw my transferable skills and eagerness to learn as valuable and took a chance on me.
What is one piece of advice you would give to someone interviewing with Berkadia?
I would tell any candidate to be yourself and highlight your skill sets as best as possible. Be open to hearing about other opportunities that Berkadia has in addition to the one you are interviewing for.
