Henry serves as an Associate Director with Berkadia Seattle Investment Sales, with a focus on the Seattle urban core and the broader Seattle market. In this role, he specializes in multifamily investment sales across the region’s submarkets and supports clients with market knowledge and transaction execution throughout Seattle.
Before joining Berkadia, Henry specialized in multifamily investment sales in Seattle at Urban Commercial Partners. He began his commercial real estate career in 2022 as a summer intern with Foundation Group, where he focused on multifamily investment sales throughout the Puget Sound region. He later broadened his experience through an internship with Wallace Properties, supporting office and medical leasing assignments in Kirkland. Born and raised in Bellevue, Washington, Henry graduated summa cum laude from Washington State University with a bachelor’s degree in business management.
