Ingrid Kim brings more than 20 years of experience in investor relations and Affordable housing, with a career built around fostering strong relationships, clear communication, and connecting capital with opportunities that create lasting community impact. As Senior Director of Investor Relations, Ingrid works closely with institutional investors, developers, lenders, and industry partners to support the development and preservation of affordable housing communities nationwide.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Ingrid served as Managing Director, Investor Relations at National Equity Fund, where she managed institutional investor relationships and proprietary investment platforms. She previously held leadership roles at April Housing and AIG Affordable Housing Partners/SunAmerica, developing deep expertise in affordable housing and building partnerships across the industry.
Known for her collaborative, relationship-driven approach, she excels at bringing together diverse stakeholders, building trust, and translating complex information into meaningful insights that support both investment objectives and community impact.
