James Grande is an Associate Director of Acquisitions with Berkadia Affordable Housing, where he focuses on originating equity solutions for affordable housing clients nationwide. He began his career at Berkadia as an Analyst, building experience in financial analysis, underwriting, and transaction evaluation. James has seven years of experience in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) industry.
In his current role, James supports the acquisition and evaluation of affordable housing investments. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Diego State University.
