Jared Glover is a Managing Director of Investment Sales based in Berkadia’s Las Vegas office and Broker of Record for Nevada. He is responsible for private and institutional multifamily transactions in both Las Vegas and Reno, advising clients on land, ground-up development, core, core-plus and value-add strategies. Since joining Berkadia, Jared has transacted on over $1.5 billion of real estate including 100+ acres of land.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Jared spent 2 years at CBRE and previously owned and operated one of the largest CrossFit gyms in Nevada before a sale in 2015.
