Jed Dalton is an Associate Director in Berkadia’s Houston, TX office. Mr. Dalton is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales, focusing on multifamily and build-to-rent assets throughout Houston and the surrounding areas. Mr. Dalton joined Berkadia as a Financial Analyst after completing his graduate studies at Texas A&M University. Most recently as a Senior Financial Analyst, he gained extensive experience in the financial and market analysis of all classifications of multifamily assets, market research, and due diligence. Throughout his career, he has participated in approximately $3.4 billion in transaction volume.
