Joey Rippel is a Managing Director of Investment Sales at Berkadia’s Houston office.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Joey worked in the Houston office of JLL Capital Markets. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and focuses primarily on multi-housing investment advisory throughout Houston and surrounding areas. Since beginning his career in 2015, he has participated in approximately $11 billion of transactions closed by the Houston multi-housing investment advisory team.
Before his career in real estate, Joey was a professional golfer on the Adams Pro Tour. While completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Tyler, he worked at Alliance Residential Company.
